1. Who is responsible for your data

Ketcom, based in Spain, is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect

Contact form: when you write to us, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the content of your message.

Analytics data: if you consent to cookies, we collect a randomly generated session identifier, the pages you visit, your browser's language, the referring page, and how long you stay on each page. We also use a third-party lookup of your IP address to determine your approximate country for aggregate statistics; we do not store your IP address ourselves.

We do not knowingly collect any special categories of data, such as health, religion, or political opinions.

3. Why we process your data and our legal basis

Contact form submissions: to respond to your inquiry and manage our relationship with you, based on your consent and, where applicable, on steps necessary prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Analytics: to understand how our site is used and to improve it, based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Security: to protect our site against abuse, such as through rate limiting and bot detection, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage technologies. Strictly necessary ones, such as remembering your cookie choice, do not require consent and cannot be disabled. Analytics storage is only used after you actively accept it in our cookie banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by declining cookies again or clearing your browser storage.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and solely for the purposes described in this policy:

Google (reCAPTCHA), to protect our contact form against spam and automated abuse.

ipapi.co, to look up the approximate country associated with a visitor's IP address for aggregate analytics; we do not store your IP address.

Our hosting provider, to run and store the site and its database.

We may also disclose your data where required by law or to protect our rights.

6. International data transfers

Some of the service providers listed above, such as Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. How long we keep your data

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as necessary to manage our relationship with you, and no longer than legally required afterwards.

Analytics data is retained for a limited period for statistical purposes, after which it is deleted or aggregated.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

9. Children's privacy

Our site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. We encourage you to review it periodically.
